Hi.  Recently, I came across an article on the time type of person according to a psychologist Professor Philip Zimbardo. How a person handles time, determines what time type person he or she is. According to him, there are three: past types, present types and future types.  Past types enjoy remembering the good old days. They spend a lot of time with family. And they worry on trying new things. The Present types think the most important thing is to feel good today. They avoid difficult and boring things. Hence, they do not have healthy lifestyle. The Future types spend most of their time working, saving and planning for a better future. They don’t mind waiting for the good things in life. Future people are usually more successful in work and study. But they often don’t enjoy their free time because they are busy thinking about the next thing.
